About the camp
The camp was organised with the Tanzania Finswimming Association and the finswimming organisations of Kenya and Uganda. Every day combined a two-hour session in the morning and one in the afternoon, mixing theory and practice: from the basics of the snorkel and the dolphin kick to starts, turns, relays and race training.
The week ended with an equipment session and a final event, and helped build the base for national finswimming activity in the region.
