How the clinic worked
- Pool sessions with the younger and the senior groups, led together with the club coaches
- Coach briefings before and after every session
- Theory lessons for swimmers and for coaches
- Technique work on bi-fins and monofin: starts, turns, finishes and race skills
- One-to-one advice for the most promising athletes
